Proposition: The applicant is a medical doctor. The applicant has been refused UK visa twice in the past. On this occasion we were instructed to prepare visa application for Switzerland to attend a medical conference. The Swiss Embassy requires from applicants to provide explanation in case they have been refused visa for another country especially UK, US or other Schengen visa.

Advice: After perusal of the UK visa application, UK visa refusal letters, all the documents which were submitted with the UK visa application and all the documents which the applicant had prepared for Swiss visa application to attend a conference in the Switzerland, we advised the client to provide further information in order for us to prepare a covering letter explaining UK visa refusals. We also advised the client to prepare additional documentation to fulfill requirements for Switzerland Schengen visa from Pakistan and also filled out Swiss visa application form.

Outcome: The Applicant received Schengen visa within 2 weeks.
